Shipping Policy – The Purple Privy Project

We aim to ship with the same care and intention we build our art. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive — and what to do if it doesn’t.


📦 Processing Time

We ship most orders within 5–7 business days from the time of purchase. During high-volume periods (like new campaign launches or limited drops), please allow a little extra time — but we’ll always keep you informed.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the U.S.. 


🚚 Shipping Rates

  • U.S. Orders: Flat rate $10.00 shipping on orders under $75

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

We do not add unnecessary handling fees. What you pay covers the actual cost of packaging and postage — not profit.


🛑 Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We’re a small team, but we take delivery seriously.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at hello@thepurpleprivyproject.org within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a photo (if applicable).

  3. We’ll investigate, make it right, or replace the item when possible.

Please note: Once a package has left our hands, it's in the care of the carrier — but we’ll always advocate for you.


🎁 Eco-Conscious Packaging

Whenever possible, we use minimal, recycled, or compostable packaging. It might not be flashy, but it’s intentional — just like everything else we do.


🔄 Returned Mail / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can re-ship it — but you’ll be responsible for the second shipping fee. Double-check that info before hitting checkout!
